Recreational Classes

We are proud of the quality of our classes! Our Tiny Tots Program (ages 18mo-6yrs) offers a variety of classes for our youngest boys and girls! For most children, this is their first introduction to structured physical activity. Each class uses specialized equipment to make learning fun and safe! Our School-Age Program (ages 6+) provides a great way for all gymnasts, beginning or advanced, to improve on their gymnastic skills! It is our goal to keep the classes as fun & challenging as possible!

Pip Squeaks
Ages 18 months – 3.5 years

A 45-minute class designed for you and your child. Guided by an instructor, your child will further develop fine and gross motor skills as they run, crawl, and climb their way through our age-appropriate gymnastics circuits. Children will begin to learn the importance of following directions and taking turns. Each class includes at least 15 minutes of free exploration time with mom or dad!

Pee Wees
Ages 3.5 – 5 years

A 45-minute class independent of mom or dad. After a fun group warm-up activity, children will be led through a series of obstacle courses that improve strength, flexibility, and overall coordination.

Peanuts
Ages 5 – 6 years

A more challenging, 60-minute long class designed for 5-6 year-olds. Children will begin to learn basic gymnastic skills on all events including the tumble track. .

Girls Recreational
Ages 6-11

A 75 min class where girls will have the opportunity to practice on all four competitive events (vault, bars, beam, & floor) as well as the tumble track. Girls are grouped based upon experience.

Girls Recreational
Ages 12+

A 90 min class where girls will have the opportunity to practice on all four competitive events (vault, bars, beam, & floor) as well as the tumble track. Every class ends with 15 minutes of “Open Gym” time (under the supervision of an instructor) where girls can spend extra time on particular skills they’d like to work!

Advanced Girls Recreational
Ages 8+

Participation in this class is by invitation only. Gymnasts must have mastered back bends & kick overs (unassisted) on the floor exercise as well as pullovers & back hip circles on the uneven bars. Classes are 90min.
